1. Acceptance of the terms
By using VIA7, creating an account or publishing a listing, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable laws. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
2. Nature of the service
VIA7 provides a technical platform through which users can publish and search property listings and contact listing owners. VIA7 is not the owner, seller, buyer or real estate broker in transactions between users unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into agreements under applicable law. You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account and preventing unauthorised access.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate and current information when registering. You may not create an account in another person's name or use misleading information. VIA7 may restrict or suspend accounts where misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms is suspected.
5. Listings
The person publishing a listing is responsible for the accuracy of its title, description, price, images, location, availability and all other information. The publisher must have the legal right to publish the listing and use its associated content.
6. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not publish illegal, fraudulent, misleading, abusive or rights-infringing content. Impersonation, spam, attempts to compromise the platform, unauthorised collection of user data, and circumvention of security or usage limits are prohibited.
7. Content moderation
VIA7 may review listings, reviews and reported messages, hide, modify or remove content, and deactivate listings or accounts where there is a violation, security risk, suspected fraud or misuse.
8. Transactions between users
Negotiations, agreements, payments, property visits and contracts take place between users at their own responsibility. Users should verify identity, ownership, documents, pricing and other relevant details before making decisions or payments.
9. Messaging and communication
The messaging system must be used for legitimate purposes related to VIA7 services. Action may be taken against accounts that send spam, threats, fraudulent content or requests for sensitive information.
10. Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on a genuine experience. False, abusive, extortionate or manipulated reviews are prohibited and may be hidden or removed.
11. Intellectual property
Users retain ownership of the content they publish. By submitting content, the user grants VIA7 a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process it to the extent necessary to operate the service and promote the listing within the platform.
12. Service availability
We aim to provide a stable and secure service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates or temporary suspension of features may occur when necessary.
13. Limitation of liability
VIA7 does not guarantee the accuracy of every listing, the identity of every user or the completion of any transaction. Users are responsible for verification and their own decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Suspension or termination
VIA7 may restrict, suspend or terminate an account or remove content where these terms or applicable laws are breached, or where there is fraudulent activity, a security threat or harm to users or the platform.
15. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
